Bibi Jot keeps feeding, sleep, and diaper logs encrypted on this iPhone. Sign in from Me → Cloud backup to restore on a new phone. Please do not send photos of medical records unless we ask. Describe the issue and your device (iOS / Android / web).
Subscriptions and refunds
Plus is sold through Apple or Google. Cancel and request a refund in your Apple ID subscriptions / report a problem, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. We cannot cancel a store subscription from inside the app.
Delete your data
On this device: Me → Clear all data. This wipes the encrypted vault and cannot be undone. If a cloud backup exists, email us from the same address to delete the server copy.
Warranty
Bibi Jot is software. There is no hardware warranty. If the app fails to launch after an OS update, email us for a fix or store refund guidance.

刪除資料
本機：我的 → 清除所有資料。這會清除加密保險箱，無法復原。若已有雲端備份，請用同一信箱寄信給我們，以刪除伺服器副本。
保固
育嬰記是軟體，沒有硬體保固。若系統更新後無法啟動，請寄信給我們以取得修復或商店退款指引。
